St. Petersburg cruise tours

2-Day Light Public Tour

2-Day Light Public Tour

St. Petersburg cruise tours as a rule are extremely strenuous: people want to see as much as they can, which means sometimes 5-6 museums a day. Do you like exhausting rush tours? I don’t. When I travel I prefer to relax and see one big thing at a time and mix it with fun activities and local life experience. Among such easy and comfortable

St. Petersburg cruise tours I would like to offer Light public tour:

  • the definite advantage of Light is no-rush principle. Still it includes the two big whales – the Hermitage and Peterhof Palace;
  • on top to that we add a spectacular canal boat tour and the most beautiful Spilt Blood Church;
  • a walk on Nevsky Prospect, the main avenue of our city, will add to your impressions.

Light public tour has a fixed itinerary and a fixed price, minimal number of people for the tour to take place is 2 adults. This tour is also sold by separate days, so those cruise passengers who don’t want to spend both days in St. Petersburg on tours are welcome to choose one.

Wheelchair Accessible Tour

Light public tour refers to the accessible St. Petersburg cruise tours. For wheelchair tours we replace the Grand Peterhof Palace with the accessible Monplaisir Palace of Peter the Great. Besides, a regular van is replaced with an accessible wheelchair van at no extra cost. There’s no need for any other changes: the other sights – even our canal boat – are accessible.

Kid Friendly Public Tour

Most of St. Petersburg cruise tours are designed for adult visitors and kids are usually tired and bored in this cultural sights crawl. Light public tour offers one big museum a day with a very flexible timing – naturally, one can spend hours in the Hermitage, but if the kids are tired you would want to leave in 40 minutes or so and change activity. Why not go on a boat ride? Or run through the lanes of the Summer Garden?
